Very good gym in pallikaranai.staff's are very friendly and good working environment. Ms.Bhuvana is my personal trainer she is well knowledged person.i love her trim session a lot.you'll definitely feel better about your self after finishing trim session 😀 especially in bhuvana Mam's class.i lost around 5kg within 3 months . I joined this Pink Medavakkam branch last month. I have taken a trim package here. So far really good guidance from the team. The trainers are very helpful with the workouts and very friendly too. Aerobics classes are very effective and intense. Every Wednesday abs class very effective. Coming to the Diet part, the Dietitians are very helpful in the weightloss journey. They provided a detailed diet counselling and diet chart initially. Everyday there is diet monitoring. Even if I miss out on something even for one day, they notice and correct it in my diet diary. They make sure the diet is followed everyday and motivate me. They also conduct events like the Food Plate contest, in that everyone should take a photo of our healthy food plate at home and send it. These events are very interesting and motivate us to eat healthy. I am very satisfied with the service they provide. I really good and healthy myself..thank you Pink
