It is 1 month since I joined the program. Trainers here are very good. Exercises suggested to individuals are not the standard ones and are carefully designed considering ones health issues and fitness levels. Being exclusive for women, I feel very comfortable and at ease in doing my workouts here. Special thanks to my trainer Keerthana who is very good at work and also to Hansa - Dietician , who monitors our intake daily and suggests corrections.

This is a great place to achieve your fitness goals! Very amicable trainers who are always ready to help. A motivating and approachable dietician who has helped me achieve my goals much faster. Clean and well maintained rooms and lockers. A good variety of equipment is also available. The group classes are a refreshing and highly functional break from the ordinary. Just an overall good experience. Fitness doesnāt seem like a chore with such a supporting family-like community!

This branch of pink fitness is too good.Their equipments are of top quality and extremely friendly environment.Sona,Malathi and Bhuvanās are extremely good at training us.Had a fantastic approach to fitness overall.Would definitely recommend them.Also the dietician Sameesha is extremely supportive and the management has appointed a great manager Lucy which makes the good environment possible.

The diet councling here is useful and they clear all our doubt , personally they said specific food for pcod which is very useful for me , great session.
