I joined pinkramapuram in 2021 trim package....pink gym has comfortable workout experience .people here are very friendly and soft spoken.they make everyone to feel special.the highlight is that everyone was given specialist workout plan by the trainer and specialised diet by the dietician.

When I'm new to the gym I was so embarrassed in the beginning but then I'm really comfort with the environment, trainers and dietician!! you ll really love to go to gym everyday once u started to see the results!! Trainers Ms Asha and Ms Sudha are so friendly and they ll give good support for u to burn calories according to ur flexibility and Dietician Ms Karthiga ll suggest you abt the food intake to follow the proper diet. Best ladies only gym. The trainers are well qualified physiotherapists. Initially weight, height, fat percentage etc are checked with a machine. Strength is tested by trainers by checking how much crunches, planks etc you can do. These checks are done after you complete a 30day cycle to track improvement. For the first 3 days omly cardio is given. There is a monthly card where your attendance is marked and the exercises are written. It's upgraded once you complete 30 days. They slowly increase the workouts from easy to hard level. If you are not present continuously for many days then you gotta do cardio alone for 3 days and not the woekout as it's not good for you. In every upgrade until you are comfortable with the exercises they teach it. It's either for 2 days( day 1-upper body, day-2 lower body) or 4 days based on your package. Has many equipments. Based on the improvement the workouts are upgraded. Efx, cycling and tredmill is there for cardio. There are group activities twice a week which is fun and helpful. Trainers are so kind and caring. Based on health issue they provide additional warm up and stretches. You will be monitored whether you are doing correctly and will be corrected. Steam bath is available. Dietician is good. They take utmost care for all health issues and help in improving you a lot. No gents are allowed. Even if there are some repair work to be done they make sure to do it after we are gone or they ask individual permission from everyone. Timing: 6 to 8. Closed on sunday

The first most thing I like about pink is there staffs. U need a friendly atmosphere where ever u go. Jemmy from the day one till date she has been a very friendly and perfect trainer. She was one who made me comfortable with the place and doing excercise. Jemmy has always checked on me if so i skip my gym. The follow up are very impressive. Sneha has clarified all my doubts about diet plans. She has given a lot of tips about my dieting which has been very useful. Never been irritated to clarify any doubts. Both the trainers and there way of behaving makes to like the place more. About the gym it is always maintained clean. All the equipments needed are there. To make us not feel the pain of exercise the songs played gives a new energy. Overall pink gym is a wonderful place a place u can find good perfect trainers and lose weight and be fit.

This is the best gym where Iāve never experienced such great care and support from trainers. Iāve come here for fitness where they not only give workouts but also other activities like Zumba, yoga, cross fit, etc. and Iām feeling good about myself.
