After joining the gym I felt my back pain reduced. For everyone personal care is provided and results are reviewed every month. Each month assessments are taken and exercises are given as per that. My trainer Oviya is very friendly and takes special care. She provides necessary advice when required. Diet plan are provided as per our body needs and it is updated often.

At the age of 55,I joined the Pink Gym in September 2023 for my knee problem. Within few days, i was able to feel some transformation in the knee. I could see some inch lose and lot of changes in my body. Trainer Deepika and Saranya are very friendly and kind, taking care of each and everyone personaly.
