1. Operating Hours
- PINK is open from 06:00 to 20:00 (Mon-Sat). Timings may change without prior notice.
- PINK remains closed on Sundays. Closure on public or other holidays will be announced on the front desk notice board.
2. Membership & Registration
- Finger impression registration is mandatory before entering the gym.
- Membership card must be carried and shown at the front desk on entry.
- Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other activities or packages.
- Membership is a fee for access to the club for a specified period; unused days cannot be extended or refunded.
- Membership period starts from the date of registration, not from first usage.
- Payment must be made in full at registration. Post-dated cheques (PDCs) may be required for part payments.
- Membership admission, renewals, and transfers are at the sole discretion of PINK management.
3. Lockers & Personal Belongings
- Members must secure all belongings in lockers. Items should not obstruct others or staff.
- Retain all invoices/receipts for payments; disputes require original proof.
- Temporary locker users must bring their own padlocks and remove belongings after use. PINK may break locks if left locked at day-end.
- Permanent locker usage is subject to terms and conditions and is only valid during active membership. Renewal is at management discretion.
- PINK is not responsible for loss of valuables or money in lockers.
4. Health & Safety
- Members with medical conditions must declare ailments in writing with a doctor’s certificate before starting any program.
- Members use the facilities at their own risk. PINK is not responsible for injury, death, or property loss.
- Children below 12 years are strictly prohibited. Members aged 13–18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or submit written authorization.
- Members must wear workout shoes after entering the gym to maintain hygiene and protect the equipment.
- Members must handle equipment responsibly, re-rack dumbbells, and follow usage instructions.
5. Training & Nutrition
- Personal training sessions are non-refundable if unused within the validity period.
- Trainer assignment (male/female) is at centre discretion; member requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Nutrition consultations are by appointment. One consultation is included at registration; subsequent reviews are chargeable.
- Workout schedule cards are alphabetically arranged on the workout floor racks.
6. Equipment & Facility Use
- Members cannot hold machines excessively (max 30 minutes for cardio equipment).
- Management may withdraw or maintain equipment without notice.
- Equipment quantity, quality, and brand are at management discretion.
7. Conduct & Hygiene
- No tobacco, food, chewing gum, glass bottles, or cans in the gym. Non-breakable water bottles allowed.
- Alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, and banned substances are prohibited.
- Members must exercise responsibly and assume all injury risks.
- Members waive claims against PINK for injury, theft, or property loss.
8. Steam & Special Facilities
- Do not use steam rooms if you have low/high blood pressure, cardiac irregularities, asthma, pregnancy, or other ailments.
9. Amendments
- PINK may amend rules, fees, or facilities at any time; changes displayed on notice boards for one week are considered sufficient notice.
- Terms such as PINK, club, centre, facility, gym, etc., refer to the specific PINK centre joined by the member.
10. Termination of Membership
PINK may terminate membership if a member:
a) Fails to pay fees.
b) Cannot provide proof of membership.
c) Violates rules, including time limits on machines and etiquette.
d) Damages club property.
e) Provides false or incomplete information.
f) Violates laws or building regulations.
g) Harms PINK’s reputation.
h) Misbehaves or solicits.
i) Disturbs other members or club functioning.
j) Decisions on violations are final at management discretion.
