I'm Nandhini. This undoubtedly the best gym I've ever seen.I joined this gym a month ago. I took the trim package(68.05kg) and lost a kilo(67.02kg) in a month. My weight loss is not only due to exercise but also diet. The staff here are very kind and friendly, especially the dietitian Janani mam and Also the trainer Madhu mam is very nice and friendly to talk .Diet + excercise is the main thing to loss weight ,They give the best training and diet plan too.

Ms. Madhumitha is my personal trainer. Her effort for making me fit is awesome. She understands my stamina and goal for which she designs my workout pattern. In addition to fitness she also keeps a regular check on my meals and shares nutrition diet plan for having good health and achieve my goal. I am very much happy with my trainer as every single point from my side is being noted by her and she adjusts the training plan accordingly.
I joined pink Ganapathy in August and I had a great change after almost months I reduced 2.3 kg in the first month under the guidance of ms.sudha trainer.she was very friendly and motivational and teaches great and has superb guidance… Mrs.janani(dietician) takes good care and suggests proper diet.
