•Semolina

Capsicum
Green chilli
Coriander leaves
Pepper powder
Turmeric powder
Coriander powder
Besan flour

PREPARATION:
•Thinly slice the vegetables and add chopped coriander in a bowl.
•Add spice and mix it well.
•Add besan flour and rice flour add water to make it as a batter.

Great gym for women with welcoming atmosphere and well maintained equipments. The facility is impeccably clean. My trainer Priya mam and all the trainers over here are very supportive. The express workout events are fun challenges. I would say, PINK is the top choice for the enjoyable fitness experience for women.

Its a good gym for ladies only. Trainers are friendly and supportive. The only drawback here is cleanliness. Washrooms and locker area can be kept more clean & fresh. Otherwise its a good place to go to.

I really appreciate Pink fitness for their ambiance, make me to feel awesome whenever I enter into the Gym and the timing are flexible so that I can balance my personal life and work. Best gym for ladies. The ambience, equipments and trainers all are best. Mainly my trainer Shilpa mam is very supportive and gave good suggestions for my knee pain and I am more comfortable now. Would highly recommend for my friends.

She tailors workout plan for each individual based on the requirement and need. she patiently listens to our asks and considers our goals and capabilities. Also Subha consistently monitors the form and position of the workouts that we do.. She is the best trainer... I suggest Pink for all women who prioritise fitness and good health.

This gym is more comfortable than other gym Here trainers will give perfect exercises according to our condition They will guide us with a soft manner. We can loss upto 3kgs nearly for a month There will be a proper diet guidance which help us to loss more weight.

I have been going to Pink gym Nolambur Mogappair west for the past 1 month.The equipment is top-notch and always clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The membership price is very reasonable considering the quality of service, variety of equipment. Highly recommend!
