The trainers are very supportive and encouraging, I losed 2kg in one month in a natural way. There is no side effects . nice environment and create a good vibe...the dietician gives me a proper easy dietplan .

Actually this is my first experience at gym, I had a great time here every day. Trainer are very supportive and encourage the beginners to workout, here physiotherapist are there to guide us to workout in proper way and dieticians suggest us a proper diet and follow our everyday food intake.
