Membership Cancellation by Pink Fitness
  • Pink Fitness reserves the right to cancel any membership in case of suspicious transactions or improper order placement (e.g., membership opted by a male member, incomplete address, or technical difficulties).
  • Processing fees are non-refundable in such cases.

     

Member-Initiated Cancellation
  • Memberships can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Cancellation is allowed only if the member has not visited the center and has not completed the registration process.
  • Members may transfer their membership to a loved one within 48 hours of online payment by sending a request to info@pinkfitness.in.
  • Membership transfers are subject to management approval.
  • Once a member registers at the center or starts working out, the membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

     

Order Cancellation & Refund
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 2 working days.
  • Payments made via Credit Card or Net Banking will be refunded to the original account. Refunds may be delayed due to public holidays or Sundays.
  • On-site payments at the center cannot be canceled or refunded.

     

Important Membership Terms
  • Memberships are valid only upon full payment. Any outstanding balance must be cleared within 30 days; otherwise, advance payments will be adjusted proportionally to a membership package. 
  • Any change in membership plans will be communicated via SMS or Email only. Oral communication regarding membership changes is not valid.
  • Contact information is collected solely for fitness-related communication and will not be shared outside the FitnessOne Group.
  • Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is completed at the front desk and the member starts working out. It cannot be exchanged for other packages or group activities.

     

  • Membership fees grant access for a predefined period; they are not based on usage. Unused days cannot be extended and the amount will not be refunded.

Membership period begins from the date of registration at the front desk, not from the date the member starts using the facility.
