I have been going to Pink fitness Singanallur branch for almost a year and I have seen tremendous results, both in case or weight loss and inch loss. The trainers here are so helpful, they teach us exercises that suit our bodystyle and they give proper warm up and warm down exercises so that we don't burn out. They take a lot of effort in making workouts interesting. The workout area is so spacious and always clean. There are a lot of strengthening equipments and cardio machines. A special mention to my physical trainer, Ms.Nirmala, who have been my biggest support and help during my weightloss journey. I would highly recommend Pink Singanallur if u want to have a good and gradual weight loss.
This is my first experience in gym🏋🚴💪 very effective the trainer are very Friendly and they help a lot to achieve my weight loss goal they instru very well and they guide me a lot they gave proper diet chart and they are giving individual attention. My trainner nirmal ma'am and dietion jenisha ma'am they guide me very well they always motivate me a lot. We need to follow there instructions properly for achieve our goal. This is the best platform to fit myself and keep ourself relax. I lost 5 kg in two months. The workout and diet are very useful to make me fit. This happens only with the help of my professional trainer and the dietitian. They monitored our performance each and every week and change the diet and workouts according to our comfort zone. Among the gyms I have experienced, ( including UAE) I would say this is the best gym with clean and friendly ambience.. The trainers are awesome .. to name a few Ms. Sumitra,Pavithra, & Nirmala.. They are very helpful and always available for the clients.. Not even a single moment I have seen them harsh with the clients, irrespective of the clients behaviour.Though we are assigned with an individual trainer, we can approach any trainer without hesitation ..The workout programmes are highly individualised based on our needs and demands.. we have all sorts of training there including cardio, Pilates, CrossFit , strengthening etc.. The trainers planning the session in such a way that the clients utilise all the available equipment’s in a systemic way as well as getting all kinds of training session in a periodic way.And Ofcourse the dietitians Ms. Sudha and Jenisha are professional and every month they plan and review the diet for the clients.. To sum up, a best choice for the females who want to be fit and strong., as it is conveniently located in the centre of the city.. My sincere suggestion would be to add bit more equipment’s.. It’s a honest review..I vouch for pink gym Singanallur.. Way to go💐
Really worst experience... expensive but they don't have proper machines . Please don't go seeing good reviews don't waste ur time nd money . There are no proper trainers they don't even bother you ... I wonder are they really trained . For 6 months i paid 8000 . During covid they didn't refund any money or extended . Dietician not trained... She just gives copy paste of Google sheet which includes ( just vegetables , fruits ) even a primary school students know this diet...I don't know why they have ac in gym ..no proper ventilation nd because of AC no sweat also .... No gym weights are there in gym no machine weights ... Unisex gym is better or anyother ladies gym. Nd i even lost my money in gym...i don't know who stole it . They have separate lockers but key won't be provided .

Weekly 2 group class and games activity it's very helpful. My dietitian is Ms.jenisha my diet chat was very helpful and i love this gym. every day i enjoyed the workouts. Good gym with good equipment and well trained trainers. Group class is so good .. my weight was 85 kg i joined the package for three months I lost 5kgs from June to August.. I took steam all three months it helps to bring weight loss .. thanks for my trainer Mrs pavithra akka.. she guided me all the workouts in proper manner which helps to reduce my weight.. now again I joined for 3 months ..
