POHA ROLL

Ingredients:
•Rice flakes(aval)
•Rava
•Chilli flakes
•kasuri methi /oregano
•Curd
•Salt

Preparation:
•In a bowl, add water and soak rice flakes in it and leave it for 2 minutes. 
•Then add rava, chilli flakes, kasuri methi or oregano, curd and salt mix it well.
•Make a dough and shape it as small rolls.
•Steam this rolls for 10 to 15minutes
•Add tempering to this poha rolls and severe hot and enjoy it!

GREEN GRAM DHOKLA 

Ingredients:
•Soaked green gram
•Green chilli
•Ginger
•Coriander leaves
•Curd
•Rava
•Baking soda 
•Salt
•Mustard 
•Sesame seeds
•Grated coconut 

Preparation:
•In a mixer jar, add overnight soaked green moong, ginger, green chilli, coriander and curd grind this to a fine paste.
•Now, in this batter add rava and water mix it well and let this batter rest for 15-20 minutes.
•Then, add salt, 1 tbsp oil and baking soda, little water and mix it.
•Now, transfer this batter to a greased plate and steam it in high flame for 15 minutes.
•For tempering, add some mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves in oil and put all the dhoklas Mix it well, garnish with some coriander and coconut and Enjoy!

EGGLESS OMELETTE

Ingredients 
•Curd 
•Gram flour/ besan 
•Red chilli powder
•Turmeric
•Roasted cumin powder 
•Salt
•Onion
•Green chilli
•Grated ginger
•Coriander leaves 
•Bread
•Oil

Preparation 
1. In a bowl add curd, besan and dry spices and mix well to form a smooth batter.

2. To this add grated ginger and chopped onions, chilli and coriander and mix again.

3. Now take a spoon of this mix and spread it on one side of the bread.

4. Heat a  pan and spread some oil. When the tawa is hot place the spread side bread on tawa and let it cook for 2-3 mins.

5. Apply the same batter on other side of the bread. sprinkle some oil and flip the bread on tawa.

6. When cooked from both sides cut the toast in pieces, enjoy it with  chutney of your choice.

Yogurt Dressing

•Yogurt
